"The gas pumps are always out of service. At least 2-3 of them are, which makes waiting in line even longer. They already only have 2 pumps per line, which that’s horrible as it is! If I could give zero I would."

"Not sure why we were being very obviously followed, every turn we took there was a guy with no shopping cart (at Sam's? lol) following very close behind. When I turned around to grab something I had missed, this person turned away and waited for me to move before following me again. Very bummed out, I love coming to this location, even cancelled my Costco card because of it's convenience, but that was a strange shopping experience. I hope it wasn't profiling, and I truly hope I'm mistaken, but the fact that this person followed me for 35 minutes, tells me otherwise."

"UPDATED: In-store may be great, but trying to contact the store by phone is nearly impossible. I'm on my fifth call attempt, with the phone ringing unanswered at least 50 rings per call. I finally called the pharmacy and asked for a manager, and was placed on death-hold. Not good, Sam's Club! I did eventually get through to manager Tim, who redeemed the store by providing me with excellent customer service. I'm revising my start rating from a 2 to a 4."

"Me and my sister was just to Sam’s Club and couldn’t purchase at 9:40 am unless we upgraded at an additional $42.00. We both had a few things and had to put it all back. Nobody was even in the store. 10 o’clock is when we are allowed to purchase which is way too late. I could see hours like 7 to 9 am since everybody gets up early and gets things done before it gets too hot in AZ. I rarely shop there just for my self but because of this I will be going back to Costco. Very disappointing. I get paying more for early bird shopping but 10 am is too late and because of this they are going to loose me as a customer. But you can still purchase gas early"
