"Unlike other B&N locations this one is hard to find help. I stood at the help desk for 15mins with no assistance went and looked again and Still couldn't find what was needed. When I found someone to help me they were not excited about their job at all. We found what I was looking for but had to order it. This was even worse cause it went well beyond the promised time and I ended up having to get the soft cover, that couldn't be found at first cause it was covered by other books. Customer service goes a long way, but aside from the kind employee at check out this store did not have any."
"Again. No photos, my apologies. Books, books, books what can I say. In and out shopping , great customer service. Took me to what I was looking for bought a book for a friend. Have not read the book I purchased but it was on The New York times bestseller list. "Circe". Always a good place to shop."
