"this is about the Starbucks in target at Surprise off of Bell. I’ve went to Starbucks many times every single time. I have a bad experience. I’m finally giving up going there all together after this last time. I was in line and clearly was ready to order and I had a question first. There was two people behind the counter and said they’d be with me in a moment. Another lady walk in quickly and walk up to the register and they begin immediately and they completely ignore me. This is one of many times I’ve had horrible service at this place. I owned a café for over 20 years and the way they run the Starbucks are disgraceful. These employees are so rude and don’t care. I’ve walked away from drinks, food and bad attitudes and lost money just because they can’t get it together. They go beyond disrespectful at the store. I normally wouldn’t even even take the time to complain, but it’s happened so many times somebody needs to say something. whoever is managing this shop is not doing a good job and has no idea what their employees are doing when they’re not around or they just don’t care. either way this place should not be allowed to be called a Starbucks"

"I received the item purchased in a timely manner but pickup experience was disappointing. Associate was not friendly. All he said was do you have a code. There was no hi, thank you or have a good day. Just your all set and he moved to the next customer."
"So today I visited target I hardly ever do it because I don’t like the customer service as soon as we walked in one of their manager or supervisor doesn’t matter. Her name is Vicky, heavy, elderly lady with short hair, disrespect my service dog he’s a military service dog he’s served this country. One of her employees asked if he can. Pet him and we said yes he’s not working. He’s just out with us for fun from far away she yelled in front of everyone and said go wash your hand instead she should’ve said thank you for his service that was very disrespectful. Actually, my dog is a lot cleaner than her. She was yelling at all of her employees that’s not home management work that’s one of the reason I do not go to target because of people like her."
