"One of the worst Home Depot locations in the country. I’ve shopped at many locations at the Depot from Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles California, to St. Croix in the USVI, Colorado and several other states. I’ve never witnessed such a dirty, un organized, understaffed rude group of HD staff. This store needs a going through of upper management to be the great store HD can be. The bench in the photo below was broken and posed a danger of getting pinched if you had shorts on, the contractor parking has been gated off for weeks or longer and the overall outside of the store is a mess. Pathetic laziness in my eyes. I would recommend going across the street to Lowe’s a much nicer experience overall."
"Mary Lou is a godsend. Plain and simple a wonderful Human being. I have never had very good interactions at this Home Depot. But Mary Lou went above and beyond for me, helping me find the exact microwave that I needed she took her time with me. We had an amazing conversation while doing so, and I will forever come back as long as she is there!"
"Every time I visit this store everyone is so nice, and ready to help. Carlos the gentleman who works the saw. Is the man. He cut, and basically built me custom ramps out of 2x8 wood. For low profile cars. Without showing him any specs. He drew up a sketch, and got to cutting. His idea, and precise cutting skills allowed me to professionally load up customers low clearance cars. Onto my auto hauler trailer. And, last but not least. Diana was my cashier at the Pro checkout line. Very funny, she had me laughing so hard. With her jokes. This is an awesome store. I’ve had similar experiences with other employees as well. This is just the first time it crossed my mind to write a review."
