"I’ve ordered to go, ordered and stayed inside and or outside and this place is sometimes really cool. Music and staff are pretty good and only thing to mention is sometimes not getting the drink right. But no biggie as they usually will make a new one as long as you say something right away. Prices are decent, just wish they gave a military discount."
"Drive through always has fast service, and my drinks are made correctly 90% of the time. Baristas are kind and helpful with any questions."
"I don't know what they're doing different but when paying $6 for a drink it should taste the same every time mocha frappe is my drink the ones from McDonald's I don't know they sure are tasting better than the Starbucks thought I'd treat myself to Starbucks but it wasn't much of a treat it was like watered down I don't know what you would call it it was just awful for 6 bucks"
"My first time at this location, of course they got my very simple order wrong. This is a super busy location with mostly take out & drive thru orders. It has decent seating, but I see they have removed electrical outlets at the communal table, which were obviously there at one time. Apparently, Starbuck's $20+ Billion in annual gross profits can't accommodate a miniscule amount of complimentary electricity for their customers. I'm starting to notice this in all Starbucks locations I've been to lately."
"Cute store but 8/10 visits my drinks are wrong or they are out of seasonal drinks. Service is spotty. Not the most friendly staff. Guy with long hair is nice though. This store needs a manager who trains employees to great customers as they walk in the door instead of having personal conversations. I went back to get my drink that was not made right and they made it wrong again! Never have a problem at the other Starbucks in Surprise. Do yourself a favor and keep driving!"
