"I contacted B&B prior to moving to Arizona a few weeks ago to order a washer/dryer. They were listed as a platinum dealer on the Speed Queen website and were one of the closer dealers to our new home. I spoke with Jimmy & James who were both extremely helpful in finding the models we were after. There was an open box model with minor scratching at a discounted price and they were nice enough to send pictures of that before committing to it. We were able to schedule install over the phone before we closed on the house and the washer/dryer were installed the day after we moved in with no issues. The delivery driver was extremely helpful in explaining the basic functions of the washer/dryer and took extra care when moving & installing them so as to not damage the home in any way. We ended up going to this location in person the day before our install to look for a fridge and James was able to help us locate a great fridge that should be getting installed this week! Their showroom is great and they have a lot of great models on display. They also have the open box appliances at a great discount if you don't mind some minor scratches or damage. Wonderful group to work with and I will buy all my appliances from them from now on."
