Herrington Park Townhomes 6522 Noble Street, Shawnee, KS 66218

"I don’t even know where to start with my experience here. When I moved in, my washer wasn’t working so I called them to ask about a replacement. Then, the replacement washer they bought me was full of either mold or mildew which made my whole house smell bad. I have mold allergies that I deal with so this made me pretty unhappy. There are noise issues in the home that were not disclosed to me. I was definitely not told that a bulldozer would be running nonstop right out my back window. My neighbors play loud music and have their tv connected to subwoofers and the office has been unhelpful in getting that resolved so I’m now forced to sleep in my basement because that’s the only place I can’t hear the music. There is a ton of trash right outside my back door so they don’t maintain the grounds at all. The carpet apparently wasn’t cleaned very well prior to me moving in, because there is a slight dirty feet odor on the stairs. Lastly, every load of clothes requires 2 dryer cycles to dry the load so the vents must not be cleaned at all. This is definitely the worst place I have ever lived. The manager had initially offered to let me out of my lease with no penalty because of the noise issues but then they came back and said no. I am so done with this place."

"My family and I have lived here for 9 years and love it here! The location is great, we love our spacious backyard for the kiddos and rarely have any issues with neighbors. We love the quick response whenever we have a maintenance issue, sometimes they come within hours of the request! Everyone we've worked with in our time here has been kind and courteous."

I emailed Herrington Park for information and Starlene contacted me right away on her day off. We exchanged several emails throughout the day and was able to see a similar townhome that evening and make a decision. We have been in contact with her several more times since that day with various questions and she always follows up immediately and really works with you to find answers and solutions. My messages are always returned quickly and if anything needs to be done to my unit maintenance comes out within the same day. I’ve lived at other rentals and by far this is the best!"

Living within the complex was very comfortable. My neighbors were great. The pool and dog park area were fantastic. I highly recommend Herrington Park for you, and your family."
