"This was a pretty good place for the price. If you live on the lower floors you will have lots of spiders in the warmer months. Staff and maintenance was always attentive and kind. Appliances are outdated and you can tell that this place was built quickly and cheaply as walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors. Despite this, it is a good location if you want to take advantage of downtown Shawnee and want a comfortable place for your money. I never experienced a break-in and all neighbors were kind, though they kept to themselves. Pool and fitness center got the job done."
