From my first contact to move in, Renee, Kendall, and Mercedes have been a prompt, professional, patient, and courteous property management team. These 5-star professionals have treated me like I am their most important client. I know that I am not, but that is a very nice way to be treated. My maintenance request was resolved very promptly while I was out. The maintenance tech left a business card on the kitchen counter letting me know who was in my apartment and why. Class; first class. This property is well maintained and well kept. That speaks well for staff and my neighbors as well. Live in a nice place and you want to keep it nice. This has been a very refreshing and welcome apartment home experience. Clearly, the senior management (Aspen Square) has high standards and have ensured those on the front line do as well.
