"I have lived here for a few years. The staff is great, the company however not so much. I had a negative experience recently where I paid my rent on the portal as always. Never had an issue in the last two years. This time the payment was not received. Instead of just reaching out to see if there was an issue, the company sent me a threatening letter explaining the fees I would incur and that I would forfeit my security deposit if payment was not received immediately. I get it, the payment didn't go through for some reason. This is your first reach out to a tenant who has lived here for years, keeps a model townhome, never had a complaint and never missed a payment? I went back on the portal and paid immediately again. Also contacted staff in person who removed fees and were very nice. Requested they have IT look into it and they could not identify any issues or that I was even on the site. Not good. Not a great way to treat a good customer of your community. Your notification letter does not need to be threatening...Good Staff, not such a good company..."
