"Horrible, unethical, deceitful management. DO NOT rent from this place. What they show / tell / advertize is not what you get. BEFORE you write a check (pressure, pressure, pressure) walk the property and talk to current residents. See your exact apartment (mold, filthy, flooring pulling up, dirty air conditioner) before you place deposit. Once you write that deposit check, you'll never see it again - even if you choose to rent elsewhere. Most unethical greedy people I've ever talked to. Attorney's standing by..."

"The apartment complex does not do anything to clean up the complex and there is trash every where. Residents leave old furniture outside and do not throw away trash. The amenities like the gym have equipment that does not work and outside amenities need maintenance."

"Hope everyone gets to see this review before even applying, this management takes every single application and your deposit with no any warranty of getting an apartment, I applied and payed, got approved and in the last day they had to give us an apt, they said there was nothing available, deposit refunded and for sure we lost the application fee (even when they requested our pets documentation). If you think about it, they could do this thousands of times “legally” and make a lot money of out it.. if you are in hurry; never apply here."

"I hope I can convince people to never live here and hopefully people will see this before this company takes this down. I put in 7 different maintenance requests in 1 year. Every time the issue wasn't fixed the 1st time and I had to request maintenance to come back. When I moved out the person doing the inspection hadn't even made it through my front door and immediately accused my apartment of smelling like cat urine and that they would have to replace all the carpet in my apartment. I was late by 2 weeks on my rent once. By the 8th of the month I had an eviction notice and a court date and I already had $200+ of late fees accrued. This is a horrible place to live. Hopefully no one tries to rent from these people. They only care about $ and could care less about their residents."

"First off.. My lease was for 2 months. They claim to be "luxury apartments". The grounds is so so, the security gates don't work, the pool was missing tiles, the hot tub was out the majority of time i was there. I stayed in the executive suites which is furnished, maid service and a golf club membership. ALL included in price. What they don't tell you is the golf membership requires a deposit and the only benefits (if you don't have your own clubs) Is access to a second pool and a second gym. My apartment looked as if I was living in a bad part of town. The outside up kept minimally, just enough to not actually look bad until you were up close. The inside old and very out dated. The cabinets were scratched, with holes and dinged, discolored. Some of the drawers were obviously a replacement because they did not match the rest of the cabinetry. Parts of the cabinetry was missing pieces.Things to the extent where the fridge was dented and scratched, the dish washer had a huge dent in it. The front door casing had obviously been kicked in at one point and the repairs to that was minimal. Front door handle loose, had a hard time locking, turning, unlocking. Also the bed room door had obviously been replaced at some point. The casing wasn't complete and both the door and door casing were different colors then the rest of the apartment. Same with closet doors (different colors). Handles broke off. Railing was dented and made opening the door difficult. Patio plastic railing was missing screws to hold it in place and cracked. Wouldn't recommend leaning against it! Ceiling fan did not work. They had painted the kitchen with flat paint and didn't have a back splash behind the stove so it was greasy and gross. Both of the bathroom shower doors leaked and were lifting the stained, discolored old linoleum. There were attempts of a repair made for that previously to the point where there was about a 1/2 inch of caulking around the floor...in addition to fingerprints and palm prints on the floor of caulking. The dryer in my apartment was broken. The nails in the tack strips to hold down the old carpet were protruding from the carpet. There were huge horribly bad patch jobs done in the walls. The furniture was cheap and damaged. Even things like broken electrical covers. They do have a maid service that comes once per week but..aside missing a week, i found myself cleaning (prepping) prior to her arrival. They wanted to wash ALL the sheets, bedding and towels providing YOU provided the laundry soap. To the point where even tho i had JUST washed these items, they would be pulled down to be washed again just because and, then left for myself to dry, fold and put away. The steps cut to get the job done was ridiculous. She would clean around the kitchen table and chairs-not under. She would not pick up the bathroom mat to clean floor but just vacuum the mat in place in the bathroom as well as not mopping but just vacuuming the bathroom floor. Hoping you can get the just. Rent was $1760. a month and this was for "additions".. like golf club membership, maid service, furnished "luxury" apartment, utilities etc.. I also paid a $400 security deposit. Although I paid in full for 60 days my time was cut about a week short. Notice was given, No pro rated return requested. Place was left as arrived (if not better), and they got to rent it out earlier then anticipated. They get All their money, with benefits. Even tho they did not provide as advertised "luxury apartments" and there was NO damage done, absolute minimal wear and tear (if any) MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS NOT RETURNED AND NO REASON/ITEMIZATION GIVEN. Conveniently, they have you log on to their website and e sign lease documents etc. Good luck logging back in to retrieve information after they deny your deposit return. ****The staff was very friendly but in all actuality...I would be friendly to if i was stealing your money!
