"EDIT: This place is still a cockroach infested dump. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. The leasing office gives a discount to people who leave a good review. Completely disgusting, roach infested apartments. It should be a crime to make tenants live in these situations. There’s many roaches in the unit hallways, in the laundry room, outside, and probably in every apartment. If you walk in any building after 10 PM, I guarantee you will find at least two roaches outside or on the wall near the door greeting you. They come in and spray maybe twice a year but it does absolutely nothing because the other people that live here don’t let pest control in. I have many videos and pictures of it. All the good reviews are fake and they’re from the office employees! Mess! There’s a lot of other problems too but this ices the cake. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down by the health department. Filthy place"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is roach infested which they don’t do anything about it, from day one since my familiar and I moved here we saw a roach walking through the walls. THE SAME DAY WE GOT OUR KEY. I guess there is a reason why they do not show you the apartment you will live in prior to you moving in. We have informed the office about this issue and they keep telling us they will send someone when they do not. My husband called them to inform them about pest control failure to show up and they person who answered just said, “What do you want me to do? Send someone again?” My response to that is ARE YOU SERIOUS? for $1300 a month I would expect a little more from this place but I guess this is what you get from Onyx@67. I have a 6 month old that will start to crawl soon and I should not be worried that she is living under this conditions, or that she might accidentally eat a roach while crawling since they are everywhere in my apartment. Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, Bedroom, Spare Bedroom. We have spent out of pocket money to help the problem but if the apartments do not do anything in the building our money is just going to waste. I honestly cannot wait to move out of this place. They always tell you that there is other aparments that are on the list first that have priority before you, because they don’t care about you. Maybe I should go to the office and ask them to give me a discount on my rent to make a good review, at least that way I won’t be so pissed spending almost $1300 on rent for an apartment that is TRASH. "Not the worst place I've ever lived in. But also not the best, definitely not worth the 1200 a month price. Maintenance is not on top of it for anything. I've had multiple Maintenance requests that never got resolved. The buildings themselves have tons of water and mildew damage from poor Maintenance over the years. They haven't replaced my air filter or fixed anything in my unit since I moved in almost a full year into my lease. Let alone they moved me into a unit they had been infested with roaches and they barely covered it up. They did the usual landlord special of just paint over everything even the roaches. If you're really hurting for a place and this is your last option I suppose it'll suffice. But there are many better options. Update: cannot stress how bad the communication is with the staff. Do not move here."

"If I could Do negative stars I would! Do not live in this places! All the reviews are true and it is horrible!!! I moved In May 1st and day one I saw Roaches! I went To them and they claimed my place was remodeled and that there was no way it had roaches but added me to the list of seven other people also complaining about roaches as well! The end of last month I went To them having pictures and video proof of them and Maria couldn’t be bothered to look at my proof called me a lier and said I can Break my lease if I wasn’t Happy with my place. Of course I gave my notice because I realized They didn’t care about the roaches because they could get over 4000 out of everyone who lived there cuz who wants to stay in a roach infested place!?!? Called building code on them but of course they trusted the apartment when they said I had No roaches and dropped the case! So unless you’re rich and can afford a lawyer I suggest picking a different place to live??? Now tell me am I lying Now? Here is my proof you guys refused to look at! And 3 other full traps I threw Away not thinking to document. But your right I have Absolutely no roaches at all!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! the low cost is not worth it at ALL! It’s been problem after problem! The most recent one being that my ac has NOT been fixed in 5 months!! My apartment is over 100 degrees everyday despite several maintenance requests, calls on the phone, and talks in the leasing office. Don’t even get me started on the laundry room issue. Any positive review that is made is 100% by employees. Save your time, energy, and money. You’d be better off living on the street."
