"I moved from Texas sight unseen and I LOVE THE PLACE, we have a great manager. We have events and we are like a little family here. We have amazing potlucks once a month and we even go to dinner together together once a month. I would recommend Wyndam place to anyone looking for a quite, comfortable senior residence."

"This is a nice senior citizen independent living apartment building. Overall, this is a great place place for an active senior citizen who can take care of themselves. The front entry is secured and requires visitors to "buzz" the resident they want to go visit by using a panel listing all the apartment numbers. The resident can have a 2-way conversation with the visitor and allow them inside remotely. The apartments are well maintained by an on-site maintenance man. There are also outside storage sheds available for residents. There are common areas on all levels which feature games, books and other activities. There are weekly and monthly events such as movie night, dinners, and game nights to keep the residents occupied. Rent here is very affordable for those on a fixed income. The only negative comments I have is there is not a full time manager on site. They split time with other properties. The building is not within walking distance to stores or restaurants. For those who could or would walk, it would be unsafe as there are no sidewalks. So for those residents who are in need of supplies, they have to rely on a taxi, family members or have their own vehicle."
