"I used to live here when i was an escort. No AC made it very uncomfortable"
"Really like this complex. Quite and management nice."
"This place was absolutely terrible. Lived here for a complete year and couldn't wait to get out. First off when I was first shown my apartment I was only told that there was only a water and electric bill. Received my first water bill and then ANOTHER what I thought was a water bill but turned out to be a water waste bill which I was not informed of when signing my lease. The apartment does not have central heat or ac so the only way to keep your house cool is the ac in the window of your living room which keeps only THAT room cool. Same goes for heat as well. And when you change the mode to heat it has a terrible smell. Your room will be super cold in the winter and super hot in the summer if you don't find other ways to keep the tempature down in your room. Spencer praised the ac/heating unit when I first moved in saying it covers 1200 feet of space so it's more than enough. The windows in these apartments definitely were not installed correctly. My apartment along with other neighbors windows would blow completely off when there were windy nights! I would literally be sitting in my living room and out of nowhere a window would blow down and shatter in my living room! This happened with both windows in the living room, didn't have that problem in the bedroom. You definitely do not want to move here if you are terrified of wasps! During the summer time wasps will be at your door everyday all day and Spencer will come and "spray" every so often but that doesn't stop them at all. He said that they're attracted to the wood? It's such a hassle when you try to have people over but they're too terrified to even walk up the steps to avoid a wasps attack. There's been multiple times when I've had a wasp or two fly in my house. As far as management goes, when it came to fixing things I didn't really have an issue but there is only Spencer and another lady (I forgot her name) who run the place. And she is the one that does a majority of the work who also has ANOTHER JOB which makes it super inconvenient because you have to wait for her to get off work for her to do anything and she also lives on the property. When paying your rent you have to slide your check/money order through the mail slot of a door that's located in the LAUNDRY ROOM. They do not have an office on the property. I received a notice saying that I hadn't paid my rent. I kept the receipt of the money order as well as the stub proving I purchased a money order on time for rent due. I know I slid my money order through the slot like every other month. Of course had to wait for the female to get off work so she can double check if it was in there. She got off work and she checked only to find the money order that I slid in there on time had fallen in between the cardboard box and the door on the inside. Poor management on their end and a waste of my time trying to prove them something I already knew. Worst of all when I packed up my things and ready to move out I did a final walk through with the female. She said everything was fine and that the carpets were a little dirty but would have to consult with Spencer to see if they had to get them cleaned or not. She said that if they did have to get them cleaned it would cost $400.00 but then even seemed as though they wouldn't even have to go that far. So after a month later I send her an email asking the update and the where abouts of my deposit. A day or 2 later she replies with a damage report stating that I now owed them a total of $1800.00 claiming that they had to buy BRAND NEW carpet for the entire apartment. And they took my whole deposit. So pretty much they bought brand new carpets (allegedly) in a case where she didn't even think the original carpets would have needed to be cleaned. The only people I see that these apartments are suitable for are young people who can only afford the price but at the same time, the additional bills will still even out with other apartments in the Johnson county area."
"Well maintained and clean. Great neighbors and neighborhood. Best complex I've lived in. Maintenance is always on top of things right away."
