"Property is great when it comes to the variety of floor plans. It is not worth the cost because of poor property management. Property management has been terrible.They are not responsive to tenant and no one is ever on site. I moved out of the property in April and still have yet to receive my deposit. Do not move here if you want your deposit back!"

"I absolutely love this property the management is great Rylina was extremely helpful during the move in process and has continued to be a great help . The building has a great cleaning crew that keeps the building spotless . Great appliances , huge mirrors with vanity lighting . Huge balcony’s I love watching the sun set . The gym has the standard set up with weights and a sauna . The building is very quiet which I love everyone is friendly and respectful and everything is in a walking distance post office , family dollar , park (across the street ) and the best taco truck . Which is so convenient with these gas prices . Overall great property we love sixty16 !!!!"
