"BE AWARE!!! The in-store purchase return is impossible at this store. I have the receipt and bring the item for return. They somehow cannot process the return and I was told there is no proof this item was purchased in this store by the store manager. BUT I have the electronic RECEIPT!!! Then they check again, and told me their system is down cannot do anything except waiting for their system to comeback up. If the return cannot be made for in store return, then send me a shipping return label. But they have the policy the in-store purchase cannot be returned by mail. Well, then make sure your store is functional with knowledgeable staff to handle the in-store return. Also I called the customer service line, none of them can help if it is in-store return. Dont expect any return if you'd like to purchase at this store."

"Great prices on end of season clothes and shoes. The checkout process could be WAY smoother. The instore app for scanning barcodes and getting the final price is really good. A lot of the prices are even lower than advertised. But, if the app allows you to put items in your cart, why can't you just checkout through it, and get all the security tags removed on the way out??"
