"Was at this location earlier this evening,the Chinese guy at the register was so rude and arrogant. Didn't even listen and understood to my complaints and he was like oh i can't do this. And called the manager. The manager was so kind enough to explain to me what i had to do within few minutes. You can clearly tell the Chinese looking guy is very incompetent and does not know his work!"
"Bad experience with one of the cashiers yesterday. She made me feel so horrible just trying to buy one jacket, that I may stick to just ordering stuff online since I never want to deal with her again. The other cashier helping out was nice though and helped me donate clothes to the H&M donation program. And even though my cashier was being kinda rude to her trying to help with my transaction, she pushed through and I appreciate that. I used to love this location"
"Best experience in a while at a clothing store. I was welcomed almost immediately and shopping got even better. K, a member of the staff was super helpful in helping me find items for a special event. All with a smile and plenty of friendly banter. Will definitely visit again soon."
