"why does it take so long for arrived packages to get sorted through? It's been almost a month since I ordered a pair of earrings and every time I visit I get told that I would get an email regarding my package. I understand that the store climate could be busy and could have a lot of back orders, but I would appreciate it if it was more effective and if customers didn't have to wait so long :("

"I am a frequent shopper at Francesca's. Half of my closet is probably from this shop. I usually have a fabulous time with the staff who work here. Unfortunately today, the staff stayed behind the counter and was in their phone the entire time I was shopping. I would have loved some help looking for specific items like I usually get when I'm here. The promotional sale signs were still up from a sale that is no longer valid. Just kind of disappointed with today's shopping experience."

"An associate named Kay helped me out greatly. She showed me some items that turned out just perfect for what I needed, was fun to talk to, and never once rushed me to make a decision. I was also able to find some fun stuff for myself in the store. I have yet to ever have a bad experience at these stores. Definitely recommended and will always come back."

"The sales associate that handled my returns was very unprofessional and unethical. I think she needs to improve her customer service skills instead of answering like "Huh?" And "What?" I like all of their products, but I should be given a time to look and decide wether I want it or not instead of being forced to purchase a product/products. When I shopped here couple years ago, I think the sales associates were very kind and professional."

"Good Afternoon, I wanted to let your office know about an experience I had with your stores. I had fell in love with a dress at the Seattle location but needed a small and they only had x-small. The associate called the Lynnwood store and they had a small! They usually only do 24 hour holds but she assured me that we could do a 3 day hold since I was going out of town, even though I offered to pay for it right away. 3 days later my boyfriend was going to pick up the dress for me so I called to make sure it was ready to go when he got there. The lady I spoke with apologized and told me that the staff must have not communicated it was a 3 day hold and put it back on the floor and it had sold. I was very disappointed and looked online trying to find that dress but had no luck. Melissa, the store manager, called me back that day! She apologized and said they had been calling all the stores looking for one and they had my size in Spokane! She had it shipped to the Lynnwood location and called me to let me know it was steamed and ready for me! Such great customer service, I did not expect it AT ALL. I love Francesca's and have been shopping here for years, just another reason to add to why I love this store. Amanda"
