"Staff are helpful and professional. Even during holiday sales, the racks and selves are tiddy. Changing rooms have lots of space. LGBTQIA+ friendly."

"Almost always have s good experience here. The staff is always friendly and courteous! That being said, the reason for my 3 stars instead of 5? I waited for 38 minutes for someone to help me with a simple return. I got told to "take a look around and someone will be with [me] soon". Well, 40 minutes later and someone FINALLY got to me. Other than that, I love Torrid and will continue to purchase from them. I just will order online whenever possible if I can."

"My wife loves this store! She is plus size but also short so she has a hard time finding clothes that fit her well at most places. Torrid always has options that fit her well and the styles are also keeping up and in some ways leading the pack. The staff is the best part of this store though as they always have discussions with you and get to know you and really give you that "personal tailor" feeling!"

"I'm so happy we have a Torrid here! I stopped by Aerie first to buy bras but no one acknowledged me or helped me there. Then I saw they didn't even have anything above a 36. So I went to Torrid and was immediately greeted and helped by Jordan! I am so thankful for her assistance. She asked helpful questions that led me to try a bigger band size instead of a bigger cup size. And she was slot on with her assessment!I have always loved this store and will only buy bras from here from now on."

"Wow. I am so frustrated and disappointed in Torrid. I have been an insider for probably 8 years now, and I will not be making any more purchases from them again. I bought a pair of jeans from the Alderwood Mall location a few months back. Just a couple of days ago, I sat down and the thigh of the jeans completely split open. These were loose on me, mind you. I am shocked, considering I spent good money ($60) on a pair of jeans that should be able to last at least a year or so (as all of my other jean brands have) and they are now unwearable. The manufacturing quality has obviously gone down hill. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service and all they sent me was their return policy with no actual effort to help (a week after messaging them). Torrid should be able to stand by the quality of their clothing, but they’ve chosen profits over loyal customers."
