"I stopped by today at this store on my way out the mall and I had nothing but the mist pleasant experience. I unfortunately didn’t get the lady’s name who helped me process my purchase. She apologized for the wait time (she didn’t need to, everywhere you go nowadays is a bit short staffed and I would hope every person would understand that) and made my visit so smooth."
"I was at the store just 10 minutes before closing time. I grabbed 2 dresses and was heading to dressing room but I was stopped by the cashiers who told me that I could only use the dressing rooms if I can try them in 5 minutes. If you don’t want customers to use the dressing rooms just before closing time, you can nicely inform us by stating that your dressing room is closed 15 minutes to closing time. When did shopping become a negotiation issue with the employees? I respect that they are hourly employees and they want to go back to home on time but there should be a better way of communicating this. Very disappointed."
"Store clerk, Amy, was extremely rude and performed a very poor level of customer service. Not sure if she was just a store clerk or a manager as she was being very bossy around customers and co-workers. Definitely, she needs to have another customer service trainings, if she ever got one when she got hired?? I would never expect that level of horrible experience from the Brand Loft."
