"They took my return, but did absolutely nothing to help me find a replacement pair of shoes. I, and another gentleman, browsed shoes for five minutes while the three employees looked at their phones and talked amongst themselves. I called the store and got a phone tree with so many branches I stopped trying to get help there; hence this review. I guess I won't go to Macy's and expect any customer service whatsoever. That was the message I got today. This is the type of customer experience that is killing big box. I will not be surprised when Macy's closes."
"As always Macy’s is amazing. Went here to get my 13 year old son some cologne. Lady showed us where to find the men selection. Neither my son or I cared for lady much. She rushed us, took off, didn’t help my son with his questions. After we bought the Valentino. We left came back and had the guy help us get the other 2. He was way better at helping my son find his favorite colognes. We ended up buying all 3 he wanted."
"Great, diverse selection, especially of sectionals and couches which we were looking for. Lots of customizable models. Staff was friendly; Lee made himself available to help us out with questions but let us wander freely without any pressure. Great shopping experience and we will be back!"

"Very nice experience. Yesterday when I vist 40 to 60% discount for several items. Vanity bags are sold for 20$ and even bellow. Another attractive thing noticed was the offer for a credit card along with several offers ( since I am only a visitter to US) I didn't care but still I feel there some attraction for permenent customers. After 2015 this is the first time I shop from Macy's I feel a great difference in there approch to the customers and the way they present."
