"I love coming to this store in the mall! Everyone is very friendly! But beware of getting things online! I was trying to purchase the kinder braver together denim jacket online in a size small. I been waiting for it to arrive at my place. But I went to the red chat button to talk to customer service and the person on the chat said they will reorder my order and will be shipped shortly due for it being out of stock. I been waiting again and it never came. So I talked to another person in the chat saying that they are out of stock and arguing with me that they are going to refund me!! I was so upset the person that chatted with me was so rude and not helpful. The persons name is Nuro then he blocked me off the chat the red chat button on my screen was gone!!! I was not very happy! So I called Alderwood mall cotton on and they do have it in stock in a size small!!! What such liars from customer service that I chatted with!! From now on I am never shopping online on the cotton on website again!! I am only going to shop in the store or coming up to them and have them order it for me from their website at Alderwood mall! Much more faster and helpful! The lady that I talked to on the phone was very helpful and understanding."

"Their online customer service operates completely differently from the in-store employees. Multiple customer service employees told me I could return an item even without the tags, so I went to the store and they said they couldn’t do it. The customer service people literally asked me to put them on the phone with the employees in order to convince them. Wasn’t able to return and it felt like I was lied to and lost money for no reason."

"Worst customer service ever.. my husband and I were the only ones in the store on November 30th @1pm. We looked around for about 5 mins and headed towards the cash register to get checked out there was no one there so we waited patiently (6-7mins) goes by and still no one came. the employees that were on the floor were at the front of the store laughing away and gossiping to eachother. My husband made eye contact with one of the workers to try and let her know we needed assistance but instead she stared at us as if we were stupid. Eventually they walked towards us and still no one came behind the counter to check us out. Until we asked “ can we get checked out please” and Bianca responded back with a very snooty response.. I understand the employees you have hired are probably children that are still in highschool. But I genuinely recommend you talk about professionalism and etiquette in ur next team meeting as personnel working In customer service."
