"i got a gift card for Christmas and the employee ripped the number off the back and ruined the card. they wouldn’t replace it, they told me to call customer service. i was on hold for an hour and then customer service told me they couldn’t help me. this place sucks. don’t shop there!"

In my 20 minutes in the store, not a single "hello." You likely won't have any sale associate make and gesture that are there. I'm honestly surprised that no one at the store has yet read these reviews."
