"I am disappointed, yet again. I stay at this hotel regularly, because it is close to the hospital, and my son had a heart transplant a few months ago. One time, I forgot two chargers (for my dogs’ e collars) plugged into an outlet in my room. When I called, they said that they were not found. They cost me $45 to replace. This weekend, I forgot my orthodontic retainers on the bathroom counter. Those were “not found” either. I just found out that those will cost me $195 to replace. It’s not even worth it to stay here anymore."

"Made a last minute reservation the day before. Room was great. Rates were fair. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located whether you're there for the hospital or just visiting Rochester. Definitely would recommend. The pool was having work done, but they have to do upgrades some time!"

"We stayed here for a family member's doctor appointment at Mayo. Wow! We would rate this hotel 6 stars if we could. The building is neat, modern, and clean. Front desk staff were extremely knowledgeable with the area and shuttle service to and from the clinics. It is the only FREE PARKING hotel offered in the area. The free breakfast was great. Highly recommend the restaurant Canadian Honker 1 block up for a nice meal as well. The only "con" was the hot tub is out of order. We will definitely stay here again. :)"
