"Excellent place for a family with multiple kids. Great kids pool and friendly staff. The front desk attendant I formed me prior to checkout that the hottub was not functioning prior to checking in in case that changed my decision. It was unfortunate, but I appreciated the information upfront."

"On check in, the gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The pools are very nice, and the hot tub was wonderfully hot. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We make many trips to Mayo Clinic, so we will definitely stay here again!!"

"The check in process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice size and my kids loved the pool slides! Continental breakfast had many options and was delicious! The king suite was clean upon arrival and it was very spacious. The room had a full size fridge with ice maker. There was also a stovetop and a dishwasher. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!"

"We had a party here and it was a great experience! The staff was nice and accommodating. The party room was very clean and the pool was perfect! The pool area is also very clean and didn’t have a strong chlorine smell which we really liked. The kids had such a great time on all of the slides! The hot tub wasn’t working unfortunately, which the kids were disappointed about but quickly forgot about it due to there being so many other options in the pools!"

"This is a good hotel. It is a great value for price, and you should probably book it. There are just a couple things I wish I knew going into it. The front desk attendants were wonderful at addressing any questions or concerns immediately. The reason for the low score is that there did seem to be an issue with cleanliness. Our room had stains on the couches, mysterious white goop down the end table, and stains on the comforters. Once I brought up the issue the night manager was immediate to get us into a new room. And this new room was spotless! So it's not that it is old, or dingy. It just seems that they are inconsistent with their cleaning. Breakfast area, great... pool area... dirt and rust built up along the walls and corners. And again, once it was brought to their attention, the staff was quick to address the issue and fix it. I just wish they could address the issues BEFORE we encounter them."
