"Very clean and modern hotel in downtown Rochester. Great price. Free weekend parking in the parking garage behind the hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great. Crave resturant and bar are inside which is a great attribute. It is a 3 block walk to methodist hospital. If it's chilly you can walk all the way in the sky walks or subway tunnels without even going outside. Most downtown building are connected. Close to other restaurants, bars, coffee shops. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Close to Mayo clinic buildings, easy walk. Room we were in was updated wood floors which is nice. You have to request room cleaning if you are here longer than one night otherwise they do not check your room. Also no microwave in room, only have one in hotel lobby market area. Kind of inconvenient as you have to go down to warm anything up. Overall rooms were nice and clean.. most important."
"You can’t beat the service here (every front desk person has been great over the past year-I’m there monthly). They are always awesome. The restaurant and locality make everything easy. The attached parking is a significant plus. Rooms are always clean and stocked."
"This is my second stay at Hotel Indigo Rochester. The location is great, and the skyway will get you to Mayo Clinic without having to walk outside (extremely nice when the weather turns cold). Check-in was a breeze, and Crave restaurant is conveniently located in the hotel. Rooms are spacious and fairly comfortable. My only complaint was that the linens on the bed clearly were not changed. The pillow cases were covered with long black hair and what I assume were eyelashes and makeup (as a bald guy, I know it didn't come from me). The sheets were also obviously slept on as well. I don't expect the room to be sterile, but not changing the bedding is just plain lazy and completely disgusting."
"This place is conveniently located and clean. We stayed for medical purposes, and when I asked, our nightly rate was advised it varied based on occupancy. We were also being charged almost $30 over the advertised online rate, before taxes. We would stay there again if we absolutely had to, but only on a last resort. Their restaurant was delicious."
