"Booked last minute due to a different hotel with less than standard cleanliness. Amazingly got upgraded to a suite. The suite was beyond amazing. The staff, the room and the entire establishment was beyond amazing and perfect. I can’t even come close to saying enough great things about our experience at this hotel. Thanks !"

"I love Hilton and travel often using them. Was disappointed this go around. First the tub had hair in it, tub drain removed and hair built up in drain and red lint in tub. Bathroom floor dirty. Soon as we walked in and saw it asked for it to be cleaned as we had an appt to go to and had to head out. Staff was very kind and apologetic said they would fix it. We got back very late from Mayo Clinic and it looks like all they did was remove the hair. Honestly the bathroom was disgusting. Oily Hand prints all over the closet door and light switches dirty. If it was for doc appointments I would have asked to be moved. For 260.00 not worth it."

Great service, from the front desk to the housekeepers, good room service, and the valets/bellboys are fast and courteous. Pet friendly - no problems with my dog. Executive lounge well-stocked 24-7 and meals were very good. Great sound blocking."

"This hotel is the best hotel in Minnesota for sure and one of the best (if not the best) Hilton property we’ve visited. We are HHonors Diamond members and stay in a lot of Hilton’s all over the country and we’ve never had better service, cleaner rooms and better customer service. If we could give this place 20 stars we would! The executive lounge is phenomenal with amazing breakfast and dinner. The pool area is impeccably clean with a great gym, sauna, steam room and spa. Find a reason to stay here, it’s fantastic!"

"If you are going to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, this Hilton Hotel is THE only hotel to stay at. Room was so quiet we wondered if anyone else was on our floor! We could adjust the individual temperature control in our room (which you can't do at other hotels in the area, like the Kahler. That Hotel controls the temperature for all rooms, so you have no control). The Staff was very accommodating to our last-minute back-and-forth requests. Our stay at Hilton was first-class. There's a reason that this Hilton is rated the #1 hotel in North America. (Don't waste your time or money staying at any other hotel near the Mayo Clinic.)"
