"Requested room service be left outside my door. They refused. I "had to let them in to put the food on a table." The food delivered was tepid. The bathroom smelled of rotten mold. The ceiling in the bathroom was bubbly. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Hotel is laid out very nicely, lots of space to enjoy the lobby and there are charging ports everywhere. The check in process left a lot to be desired, could tell she didn’t want to work. However after going to the room I came back for a drink and dinner at their bar and it was amazing! He was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The prices were great! To top it off though the support team in the kitchen went above and beyond to help everyone. They were so caring and thoughtful. They saved the whole experience."

"Rooms were clean and organized. Service was good and staff were friendly. All the individual reservations of my team were somehow gone or deleted. But the front desk rebooted us again one by one as we arrived. The facility is well maintained. Elevators were quick, with minimal wait time, which is an inside tip for me that all are working and in good condition. Bar in the lobby was always busy, and our waiters were super nice."

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip. The rooms are great. Clean, plenty of space, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The view from the 14th floor was pretty nice. A downside though - I had a room with an adjoining door, and the resident of the other room had a very bad cough, and i could hear him hacking too easily late at night. The service was good because my room was freshened every day and my bed made every day. What I didn't like is that they *say* that they will only remove towels left on the floor, as a means of conservation... But they don't do that. Even though the only towel i left on the floor was the floor mat towel, i got a new bath, face, and sink towel each day... It's unnecessary, especially if they say they aren't going to do it. One BIG thing was the charge for one night of my stay was nearly $100 more than the other two nights. When I inquired, I was told that it's their "sell out day" and they always charge more. If I wasn't on business expense, I would have fought about that charge. Be aware of your daily room charge!"
