"I had the worst guest services ever. I haven't had this bad services even at a much smaller hostels in a much worse neighborhood. They don't seem to care about the privacy and guest experience. We checked into a room with no drape covering the window and they refused to change the room (no availability) and to get someone to install the drape (technician was out for the day when it was still 3pm). We had to sleep with all the lights coming in from outside and being worried about us being seen from outside. Next morning, they still didn't have any solution to the problem, said they would call us by 11am while we were out but never called, when we called them they yelled at me for not being patient. Nothing was resolved by noon the next day and they refused to promise any solutions for the night. We had to check out early without any refund because it was "our decision" to check out, ruined our birthday weekend."

"Great hotel and stay, but as it’s getting cold at night, and having coffee throughout the day isn’t important as coming in at 5:30 in the evening and the coffee is old and not hot at all. 5 stars if you brewed coffee for your guest return each day in the evening around 5pm. So every checkin during the cold evening is greeted with cold coffee. This is an easy fix. I’ll be back in a week or two. Signed A lifetime diamond member."

"Staff was very nice & helpful. The hallway smelled as if it was just remodeled but when you get in the room the carpet had loose carpet squares & 1 wall had stuff on it. So disappointed in the bed- it wasn't as comfortable as the other Hamptons we've stayed in across the country. & the fitted sheet would not stay on. Hampton really need to update the fitted sheet to the drop pocketed ones so they would stay in place when you sleep. **THE POOL IS CLOSED**"

"The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The main problem was we asked for a rollout bed, none available, which was ok. However, we had three people in a room with a king-size bed and queen fold out. There were 4 total pillows, of which none had any support or fluff, so basically laying flat on the bed. Asked for more pillows and were told none available. Needless to say, good sleep was hard to come by. To bad otherwise would 5 star rate it."

"The rooms here are great and clean, but the staff is lacking customer service skills. I approached a woman at the front desk who had her head down working on something so I waited a reasonable amount of time for her to finish up and acknowledge me, but I had to speak first. I politely said "Good morning" to which I got back a cold "Yeah?" Very off-putting. The breakfast buffet is as expected... microwaved food, but decent for free. Great location and quick to a lot of restaurants and shopping."
