"I will never return to that place again. My wife and I lost an 18k gold chain, more than 5,000 dollars. It was not left in the plane. When we picked up the things, we realized a few hours later, only the cleaning person passed by the room and in the Reception tells us that the person did not find anything, how can they say that, knowing that we know where the chain was in the bedroom drawer, how could it be possible that they did not return it there and they tell you that they cannot question it because they had no evidence, they robbed me and for two days I come back in a row, I can never find the manager, she was never there, and in my face the cleaning woman told me that there was nothing in your room, they made me scream out of helplessness. They robbed me, I never return to that place, and if you are thinking of going there, there are many better ones. places no no no bad bad place"

"I booked 1 room for 5 nights on their website and I got a receipt for that amount. Then they called to confirm and they had me down for 5 rooms for 5 nights each!! They fixed the error and when I arrived my first room hadn't been cleaned yet. Second room was nice...dated but nice. All of their front desk staff is really nice, but housekeeping does a truly terrible job. I got fresh towels but they didn't make the bed or clean the sink or do anything you'd expect. On the weekends there is no housekeeping at all. So you have to bring your dirty towels down to the lobby and exchange them for new ones. As well as anything you need, like soap or garbage bags."

"Good place. We got upgraded to a suite because the other rooms were filled. Employees were nice and helpful. The bed was comfy and clean. Didn't find any stains on any of the pillows or bed. Air conditioning worked really well. There was no odd smells. The room was fairly clean but there were some stains on the chair and couch but it didn't look gross. The bathroom was fairly clean as well but the shower drained a bit slowly. Other than that, the room was great and spacious. There is free breakfast in the morning until 9am. They don't clean the rooms on weekends so make sure you conserve towels if you have a family. The suite as a personal tv as well. Great place to stay if you don't like staying inside Chicago. The mall is just down the road. Gas stations are only a 2 minute drive."

"If you are looking for a value stay then this would be a good option. The breakfast was okay but the availability of the kitchenette helps fill in its lacking. The room was nice and clean. There is no housekeeping on the weekend but items are available at the front desk. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the smoke detector was right over the bed in my room and blinked a light all night long."
