"Could not believe it. I needed a late checkout which was denied to me, so fine, I had to extend my stay one night instead. That's okay if it's at the same rate I checked in. But they could barely keep me in the same room (the hotel is half empty), and then doubled the rate after "I'll talk to my manager and maybe you get a refund" was just a trick to get me to pay. They make up pathetic excuses as if you are supposed to take it seriously. LOL at "we can't extend your stay since you booked through a third party, so we have to check you out and check you back in at double the rate (said with a big smile)." They are scamming you, right to your face, while gaslighting you about it. And they enjoy this. To be clear: I paid $170 for three nights, but since checkout is at 11 am, I was forced to purchase a fourth night. I only needed like, mid afternoon checkout. And the extra night costed $90. So they scammed me from $170 to $260. It's not appreciated. Middle finger for this location. Do not stay here. It seems they do not expect anyone to come back after staying here anyway, so they make sure to extract maximum value from anyone that does. If you do stay here, be wary."
"WORST HOTEL EVER. We checked into this place and they gave us a key to a room that already had someone in it. We scanned and the door opened to voices and a buncha peoples personal belongings. I shut the door and immediately went to the front desk. They issued me a key card to another room that ZERO TOILET PAPER. I went back to the front desk and asked for some and a family was checking out already asking for a refund. The clerk tried to give them a half-used roll of toilet paper--but they refused and left. Then I go ask the clerk about getting toilet paper and he tries to hand me the half-used roll saying that was the only toilet paper in the entire facility. He started griping about how they inventory stuff there. I was in SHOCK. I went back to the room. We had a 2 am departure and were already exhausted. We made due with moist wipes. The entire place is DISGUSTING. It smelled of cigarettes and tamales. The floor was sticky and someone hocked a huge loogy on the elevator floor. There were rips in the sheets. I guess if you were seeking a halloween experience it would have been exceptable. RUN from this hotel."
"The hotel was nothing like I expected! Halls smelled like food and smoke. The room had no bed skirt, MAtress box spring was raggedy. I requested a bed skirt which I did received but had to apply it myself. Attempted to get another room but the other available room smelled like smoke too! Front desk clerk said house keeping called off and she should have called off as well she stated. The toilet looked as if it had mildew floating in it. My room was 233 or 223 I can’t remember however it was hideous! It wasn’t clean and the furniture is worn down too. Furniture also had cigarette burn marks on it. I’ve stayed at extended stay before but this was absolutely the worst! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I inquired about cancelling but of course it was too late. This hotel is very deceiving, dirty and low budget! Good Luck!"
"Believe the reviews!!! I went in with a very open mind, wanting to like this place considering it was about $10 cheaper than the Hyatt of which I know has a great establishment. There were very few things I enjoyed about this hotel, the most being it had a little kitchen with a stove and oven. Now that the compliments have ended here are the gory details. The staff was the most unprofessional I have ever seen. The two I had interactions with, the morning staff person was quite short and rude with us and didn’t give us the welcoming attitude that’s usually expected at hotels especially to paying customers. The night staff was a bit chaotic but was friendly. They were talking to some friends and sketchy characters, one of which had brought his pet into the lobby and the staff had her own cat behind the desk. She was talking with these friends and us and another group were waiting to actually check in, basically prioritizing friends over paying customers while you are clocked in on the job. The hotel and room itself was very dirty, our not cleaned expect for the bedsheets (I think and hope). I took pictures but it was very damaged, garbage was left on the floor because I guess if it’s not wider then a vacuum I guess it wasn’t touched at all. The sink was spotty as well as the fridge. The grossest part of all being 2 of our towels had what can clearly be seen as either facial hair or pubic hair, absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. It also seems as if people just reside here, a lot of unsavory characters doing drugs right outside of the hotel entrance. I left the hotel 4 times during the 16 hours we were here and at all of these times were 3+ people smoking outside or being loud. Not a welcoming, clean, or desirable place at all. This place may be the cheapest in the area but keep yourself clean and safe and go anywhere else!"
