"This is a unique hotel with 3 different buildings that lets you choose between walk-up style suites or your typical hotel environment. Quiet, very clean, and rooms large enough to feel like a small apartment. The staff was very nice. It's a prime location where you'll find everything you need in a short radius. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again."

"If I could give a 0 I would. Had booked this hotel twice for one of my employees for some training in Schaumburg. The first visit he had, he was told to pay upfront for a security deposit, even though we had called ahead of time and secured the room with a Corp CC and the deposit! We were told and assured this wouldn't happen again. He was also locked out of his hotel room when the bad snow storm hit in early Jan, since they were closing down rooms for the night with his belongings inside! He basically had to beg to grab his things and then left. Here we are at round 2 for a second chance to see if they would redeem themselves. We were so wrong. Again, he was asked to pay the deposit, when AGAIN it was all paid for and secured weeks prior to this training date. This is by far, the worst ever experience we have encountered with the Hilton franchise and will never EVER recommend them to anyone. 0 out of 5 is totally deserved."

"I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. This is a very nice and well-kept hotel. Even in trying times when the roads were iced over and people weren't really coming to work. We were just in the room to sleep, change clothes, and then head to the airport. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area and a mall close to the hotel."

"If I could give lower than a 1-star I would. Absolutely the worst hotel EVER!!! Please watch your CC statements after your stay. The guy at the front desk charged my card 3 times and for 3 nights not the 2 on my reservation. Once they got my card locked up they just smirked and said "oh well" so i was left on my "vacation" with a locked CC. Made for a very interesting weekend for sure."

"Although I had high hopes for this hotel, I’ve been very disappointed. The company I work for has a contract so I have no choice but I hope to change that soon. The cleanliness is most disappointing. It not only shows it’s age but housekeeping is now only offered a few times per week and it is only light cleaning. In one week I only had cleaning two times and I had to ask for the cleaning 4 times. The staff kept marking it leaned and it was filthy. Things are outdated, the small store is ridiculously overpriced as are laundry facilities. Many rooms open right into the sidewalk which does not feel secure and it is noisy. Service is very low. Lastly, my room continually smelled of cigarette smoke. I had 3 different front desk staff visit the room, they admitted it smelled of cigarette smoke (that smoke was coming up through the vents in the bathroom from other rooms below mine on the third floor), but nothing was done about it."
