"Good place to stay front desk guy with tattoo and curly hair was very helpful, helped us with the room lock that we had problem even the prices are low as they don’t have breakfast for few weeks due on going renovations it will be looking good after renovation."

"Rooms are okay. Could use some updating but pretty clean. Breakfast is good. Service is okay though some of the front desk workers could stand to be a little more pleasant. Good location with lots of dining and shopping close by."

"Guy who is at front desk( Curly haired Indian guy in his twenties or so ) is arrogant and rude. When I checked in the room I noticed that the heater was making loud noise and with in 2 mins of checking in to the room, I complained to the guy about the noisy heater. Guys was least concerned. Says that they are in the process of replacing old heaters, implying me to adjust with that faulty noisy heater. Finally he switched me to different room after asking me if I used room or not. Does it mean he won't shift me if I used the room with in that 5 mins of checkin ? He is arrogant and says that if we expect a better service we should go to Wyndham or such better hotels."

"Location is great for when we visit my sister. They were renovating alot of the rooms when we checked in. New toilets, beds, TV stands. Big improvement since we stayed there last year. Cheapest place in the area. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and breakfast. Breakfast is the same, biscuit/gravy, bagels, mini muffins, bread, some fruit and waffle bar. Nothing extravagant but it fills the belly."

"Granted, renovation was being done. However, that said, the continental breakfast was okay at best. The first room given upon arrival, we could not enter because the card reader on the door was dead. The 2nd room had stain on the carpet, hair on the pillow cases before we even touched the bed, little space, the TV would randomly turn off and back on about every 2-3 minutes, the hallways reminded us of "The Shining" but with trash on the floor and we had to walk over sheets of wood to get to the main entrance (to be fair, was probably also part of the renovation). The staff was friendly enough and did quickly give us another room when we went back downstairs, carrying our belongings, to report we were unable to gain access to the room."
