They are so knowledgeable and are willing to really work with you to find an option most suitable to your needs. They stay late to get the job done and easily display some of the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. They both deserve a raise and a paid vacation."

"Maintenance nightmare! Continuous issues from water damage to dryer vents not cleaned causing fire hazards to ongoing outages with a/c units. Been trying to contact maintenance but they give nothing but attitude, lies and tell me that they will get to it whenever they can. They will literally just hang up on you. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. I will be filing a formal complaint with the management company and contacting the building inspector. Avoid this place!!"

Here is a list of reasons why: - Had no hot water for a month during the coldest time of the year. - When I moved in there was mold and grime in all bathrooms. - Carpet was disgusting and likely has never been changed. - Takes weeks to fulfill simple maintenance request - Multiple break ins occurred to neighboring units but no security cameras worked at my property. - My car was hit in the parking lot and I could not use the cameras for a police repot. - My roommates and I had a COLLECTIVE FINAL INVOICE OF OVER $14,000! They charged us $400 each for touch up paint in our bedrooms. Another $650 each for a carpet replacement fee for carpets that were disgusting when we moved in! They will try and charge you an exorbitant amount of money for any little thing when you move out. Overall, this leasing agency is PREDATORY and treats their tenants like absolute garbage! I hope this review changes your mind before you decide to sign here. There are plenty of better options in Tallahassee, I promise that. ** I also highly doubt the legitimacy of any 5 star reviews**"

"TOTAL SCAM!!!! Place was dirty before moving in and had to clean it ourselves. Carpet must be at least 10 years old and absolutely disgusting. Also, went an entire month with NO hot water. Management trying to charge for painting walls after move out. Total rip-off. Just one of many dumps owned and managed by out-of-town slimebag investor group."
