"Another 2-bedroom suite that disappoints. The GPS directions to this location were the worst. No where near the hotel. I've tried to correct that on Google Maps. We pulled into a parking lot and called the hotel to ask for additional directions. We explained that we were close to the hospital, a few blocks away. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely put out that we needed help finding the hotel. She gave us terrible instructions to the hotel telling us it was located behind the Ruby Tuesday. Clearly, she didn't want us to find the hotel because the hotel is not behind Ruby Tuesday. The shower had only tepid water, never got hot; and miserable water pressure."

"We stayed here last night via the BringFido website since we are traveling with a 45lb dog. It was one of our few options in the area. The suites are definitely older and have a musty smell. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious, but the corner of the building we were on was noisy at night."

"My mother (who is a Titanium Elite member) and I found ROACHES in our bathroom, and when we called the front desk they said they couldn’t give us another room and couldn’t come spray until the next day. When we asked to switch to a different Marriott property, we were told to provide a photo of the roaches so they could cancel our reservation, and we had to book a different property ourselves. We received no compensation for the trouble. The room was disgusting and the customer service was subpar at best."

"The hotel is in a nice quiet area so fine for overnight stay if you need to rest up which is what I used it for. I did notice a strange musty odor in the corridors which was rather off-putting so they need to renovate the common areas. I think just replacing the carpet might take care of that issue. Thankfully the room are decent so no issues there."

"Very clean room and bathroom. Front Desk was extremely friendly and helpful at night and the next morning. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. Definitely stay here again. Breakfast was excellent. The place is old but well kept, some nice renovations have modern touches. Condition of pool and grounds clean."
