"Had a small leak in one of my bathrooms and put in a maintenance request on Saturday night. By 9:15 on Monday morning, one of the maintenance staff was here fixing it. Love how prompt they are!"
"If I had the money to break the lease I would. It's been a month of requesting pest control. Roaches are everywhere!!! Every week is a new excuse as to why they haven't serviced my unit. There are nicer places to live for more affordable prices. Don't move here. You will be disappointed"
"Canyon park is a very nice place. Maintenance guy Andre is such a great help when it comes to the property. Great handy man. He picks up trash when valet doesn’t. He just make Sure he makes sure everyone is satisfied."
"Canyon Park has been one of my favorite communities I have lived at during my time in Tallahassee. They do a fantastic job taking care of the complex and the office staff is extremely attentive to my requests. There have been vast improvements all across the board since this new Management group has taken over. Highly recommend!"
