"Great hotel with nice rooms. The showers are strong and hot. Beds were comfortable. And, right in the middle of Collegetown, there's plenty of restaurants. The only possible downside for some is the crowd noise on Friday and Saturday nights."

"Room was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable bed and desk chair. Bathroom had a walk in shower, plus an assortment of liquid and solid soaps, plus it had great lighting. Meeting space accommodated our group, only issue was the 60 degree weather outside and the AC was set to 64 degrees in the meeting room. All of the staff was courteous and friendly, which is a rare thing these days."

"Located in a great spot in the city, the hotel was overall quite nice. One thing that irked me a bit is - I am an IHG rewards member, and upon check-in asked if there were any upgrades available. The staff at check-in made it seem like I was given an upgrade and basically said something along the lines of, "I'm surprised they did - you're so lucky." But as it turns out, they just gave me the room I booked. Which is not a problem because I never expect an upgrade, but found it strange that they would make it seem like I got upgraded when I clearly did not. One big plus I will say - the pull out couch was among the most comfortable ones I'd slept on. Very nice. Moreover, I paid extra, for breakfast for all parties, but it turns out that they just gave $15 breakfast credit. The dining was great - staff was super kind/friendly, and food was delicious, so that's not a problem. But when booking, it was not clear that I was just going to get a tiny breakfast stipend, and made it seem like I would have a full breakfast covered. Again, not the end of the world, but slightly annoyed at the way it was sold."

"Excellent location, service, rooms, food. The hotel is immaculate located right next to FSU. We stayed when we were dropping our son at school, it made a great home base! We were greeted with a big smile and lovely conversation. The hotel has a great restaurant also with wonderful service and food. The hotel had a great sent and nice hair and body products. My online complaint is that a lot of the equipment in the gym was not working."

"I am extremely picky when it comes to where we stay. I particularly look at the reviews, location and if the bathroom has a shower door or curtain. The hotel met all my expectations. Very clean, shower door instead of those nasty curtains, awesome location with lots of dining and shopping within walking distance, the FSU stadium was also walking distance. The beds and pillows were super comfy. When you get off the elevator to your floor/room, you are greeted by the smell of something yummy coming from a diffuser. The staff was super friendly and texted us within 20 minutes of checking in to make sure our room was acceptable and see if we needed anything. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site. We will definitely book here on our return to Tallahassee!"
