"Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. I did have a bit of a mix up my first night but they fixed my issue quickly and apologized for their error."

"We usually have a good experience with Springhill Suites, but this location is atrocious. As soon as we got to our floor, we noticed there was trash all down the hallway, we were hopeful that housekeeping was in the middle of cleaning it up, but no. Instead, we opened our room to find them in our bed watching TV. We immediately walked downstairs and asked for a refund. This was over 2 weeks ago, and I'm still missing money from my account for a room I never stayed in. AVOID this place, avoid anything Mariott because we've been back and forth with their customer service to get this money back, and they pretty much give you the finger."

"Not quite sure how this place has such good reviews, or we just had really bad luck of the draw, but we will never be staying here again & just want to warn others. We were originally placed in RM 316, the door was difficult to shut/lock & we also found blood spots on the pillowcases & bed linens. We checked everyone prior to contacting the front desk & no one was bleeding. We were moved to RM 324, which someone left the heater on, so it was horribly hot & took a while for the room to cool off, the TV volume did not work for the TV, the shower’s hot & cold were backwards so at 1st we didn’t think we had any hot water, the shower leaked terribly that it soaked 2 big towels, and none of the outlets in either of the the bathrooms worked. We unfortunately booked through a 3rd party, my mistake there, because they told us they would have comp’d our room otherwise, but they offered us some points, to which they only gave us 3,000, which definitely isn’t enough for a stay anywhere. Others have seemed to have better experiences than ours, but just want to warn others as I was fooled into staying here by reading the current reviews. And I will be sure to book with the hotel itself next time."

"We were welcomed in by Alex & Justus that had to inform us that the room we reserved wasn't ready yet,but to give them a minute. Less than a minute later they told us that had handicap accessible room that was available for us to get into immediately, and that the room was a little larger than the others,since they saw the little ones,and knew a little extra room with little ones is always a plus. We got in our room,and it was was tastefully decorated,and exceptionally clean. The male Spanish speaking housekeepers cleaned our room during our stay,and I didn't realize a man could make a bed so well,impressive. The breakfast offered was wonderful with many delicious choices, all expertly made. At the end of stay,we were checked out by Rose,who inquired about our satisfaction with our stay,expressed her happiness that we enjoyed our stay,and wished us safe travels back home. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tallahassee for a few nights or longer."

"Had a fun time here, and when it was time to crash this hotel was super nice. The rooms were all carpeted, but it still felt clean. The staff was also really kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet and eating area was good too, it had an array of breakfast food, from cereal to corn beef hash."
