"The hotel is really run down and rooms are really gross. It’s really dark and depressing. The furniture was broken and bathtub wouldn’t drain. Also it’s really noisy because it’s right by the highway. Any positive review has to be friends of people who work there. Sorry but Marriott really needs to renovate this hotel."

"I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip and didn't have my room serviced one time! So I used the same damp musty towels the whole time and emptied my own trash. This hotel is quite loud too. The only thing that was really good was breakfast. The main entrance is also dangerous especially at night. There is a large dip and a curb when making the turn into the driveway. I thought I had damaged my front end when I first arrived. So for $675 I am rather unhappy with my stay."

"The staff was the most friendly I have encountered when staying in a hotel. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. My family enjoyed sitting around the fire pit area. I would stay here again without hesitation."

"The lady in the breakfast area was very rude. Not just me, but to other people too. I told the manager about it. He was very kind and said he would address the issue so hopefully she won’t be there when you show up. Sadly, the rooms are in need of refinishing lots of older things there. My tub didn’t drain I stood and 5 inches of water while I was showering. The tub was also refinished and half the refinishing was coming off so if you’re looking for a luxury room, this is not it if you’re looking for a clean bed, then you can go here. I did accommodate my four extra pillows for my swelling legs. we were here Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, it was very busy"

"I enjoyed my stay here. All of the staff I came across were friendly and kind. There are 3 staff members however that were really helpful to me. Keisha, Elton, and Marc (the new GM) thank you for your kindness! It's great people like y'all that make others like myself want to come back to this hotel and stay the next time I'm in town. Y'all along with the other staff have showed me that not everyone who works in the hospitality business are grumpy and unfriendly. Thank you for being so nice, smiling, and friendly."
