"The beds were comfortable, but one had a makeup smear on the sheets. The indoor pool isn't heated, so it's about 53°. The same used towels were in the discard basket our entire stay, with no clean ones available. Breakfast was almost nonexistent on a Saturday morning, with several of the condiments needed to help along the bland, dry food to becoming edible not stocked. For a simple one-night pass through, it was adequate, however, we probably won't choose the same hotel again."
"Excellent service and rooms. Overall place is kept up very well. Morning breakfast is good deal (included hot meal), but sometimes not refilled. Got dregs of hard scrambled eggs."
"Upon checking in to this hotel we were stuck at a locked door at 7pm 01/28. Then after five minutes of waiting, the doors opened up. A young girl behind the desk Stood up and said “Are you guys already checked in?” We said “Well hello, how are you ? And no but we have a reservation. “ She then asked “What’s your last name so I told her and then she said “swipe your card”. Literally verbatim. She then told us what room we had outloud- “226” (which is the biggest no-no in the hotel industry. You don’t ever tell a room number out loud to a guest for safety reasons. Also she told us where the elevator was, that the pool isn’t heated and breakfast was 6-9. Simple and short but the most unfriendly welcome I have ever had in a hotel. EVER. Especially a Marriott. Being someone that has been in this industry for a long time, customer service is what brands are known for ! I would definitely train her again if I were you. Also, the television Netflix and most of the channels didn’t work in the room (we only got 6) and neither did the light in the bathroom. All the girl said when we called down was that “maintenance wasn’t here on the weekends.” She didn’t offer another room or apologize- nothing. I’m writing this review from the exact hotel room we checked into tonight so hoping at least breakfast will be good. Pretty low quality Marriott if I’m being honest. Pretty disappointing to spend so much on a place like this. I will probably never come back here and do not recommend it."
"Hotel is conveniently located and had plenty of free parking. I wish I can say good things about my room. After I unpack, I realized that my bad had blood stains and went to front desk because nobody responded when I called from the room. I was changed to another room with AC not working properly. Glad I only stayed one day there. When I received my receipt I was overly charged, so when I called to address the matter I was asked to provide documentation that I provided the day of my check in. Very upsetting dealing with this location, Not a Marriott standards location."
"I'm just now calling for the first time Sunday at 2:20 p.m. September 17th I met with a girl on the phone who said she was a manager but her customer service skills needs serious training big time. I am nice and mellow and peaceful and calm I wanted her to make a reservation and get some information she immediately stopped me and said we don't make reservations you got to go to reservation. Iron turn said I've had problems with reservations I don't want to deal with them I don't trust them I don't believe them I don't feel comfortable with them and I find them to be very incompetent. Every time I proceeded to talk she cut me off not allowing me to speak. I did nothing to her I said please several times at least four or five times allow me to talk and finish the question before you cut me off of what I want to say. I kept trying to be polite and courteous several times she made a very difficult for me to speak. The intimidation came and her attitude became very harsh I put it on mute and I hung up. It's not worth the energy the time or the aggravation. I see other people have had issues before that tells me that there's a broken system here. I don't deserve to be treated that way I did nothing to her I tried very hard to be polite and professional. It was constant cutting me off. If I were you I would not bother wasting my time making arrangements to come into the hotel because evidently they don't want customers. I suggest you could do better somewhere else good luck and have a nice day"
