"Not much positive to say about this experience. They are doing some remodeling it appears, but mainly in the lobby. Rooms are outdated, no Netflix tv, mold and mildew in bathroom and shower and sink. Service was not that great either... I'm Diamond, so I'm big on eye contact and talking so that you can be heard. I know times are tough these days but the person checking you in is the face of your establishment. I think people should be more conscious of that. I wouldn't stay here again. Bon Voyage!"

"This is a good example of the Garden Inn property by Hilton. This location was doing some upgrades when I stayed there February 2024, but that didn't affect my room or the common amenities. Room was clean, and the common areas were nicely finished. Breakfast was done well, and Kelvin, the morning staff member, had excellent customer service. Kudos to him for his great customer service."

"Room had only one lamp, bathroom one working light, no suitcase caddy, no tissues, coffee maker didn't work. Stayed here multiple times before and liked it. Issues have nothing to do with renovation."

"Was called today of coming in to be told they are having construction done and that the elevators were not working which is understandable they were going to accommodate us and put us on the first floor when we got there after traveling five hours the first room they gave us dirty, wasn’t even clean second room they gave us dirty, wasn’t clean I don’t recommend anybody staying here until they’re construction done I will schedule to stay here on my way back from Orlando. I’ve already canceled that reservation and booked it at another Hilton property. Very disappointed."

"THIS HOTEL DOES NOT MERIT CARRYING THE HILTON NAME! This experience is unacceptable! All the years we have been staying at the Hilton hotels we have never stayed at a place as awful as this location. -First, Elevators were not running -Unlocked side door, poses a security issue. Door remains unlocked at all times. -Room infested with ghost ants. Ants on the pillows, in the bathroom. We were forced to sleep with lights on during night. -Horribly dated furniture and lamps, and carpets. We will be forwarding this review to Hilton Corporate and filing a complaint. THE ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE INSPECTED BY HILTON."
