"Would give no stars if possible. Currently trying to break my lease here. If you want 3 leaks in 7 months that do no get repaired properly, or mold, move here. My bedroom carpet was wet for nearly 3 weeks, as I had an active leak. The entire bedroom carpet was squishy, and they didn’t put blowers in the apartment, or come in to fix the carpet once the leak was fixed, or even patch the drywall. All I’m asking for is to be let out of my lease, but they are denying it. My upstairs neighbors left because the leaks and maintenance issues too. Don’t move here, or F201 or 101 for that matter. To management, there are mold laws that protect tenants. And water that sits for over 48 hours causes the area to be compromised, according to the Mold Inspector. It’s disgusting that you all haven’t dealt with this properly. It’s not my responsibility to tell you to fix up the walls after repairs or repair the carpet. The repairs are simply not complete at all until you fix everything related to the water damage. But of course, the work orders were closed out."
"I lived at this location for 3 years, and I am glad I'm finally gone. On the day we were supposed to move in the house was unlivably dirty. There was trash, and dirt, mold in the cabinets. We had to wait to move in two days because they had to hire cleaners, and when we did move in we discovered they missed the cabinets and we just cleaned it ourselves. The AC would constantly go out in our first two years and we would go weeks in the middle of the summer without because maintenance wouldn't come, or they would look at it then leave and never come back. During the last year of our stay, water started leaking out of our AC which caused our carpet to be constantly wet, the walls would have water damage, and obviously this caused mold to grow. Maintenance would come and go every few days to do nothing. It was maddening. Also during our last lease renewal they upped our rent $300 which was $250 more than the listing price on their website. When confronted they gave inaccurate excuses which just showed how scummy this place really was. I could go on and on, but ultimately don't live here if you can avoid it. I was so disappointed and it only got worse with time."
"I lived here for 12 months and it was the worst living experience I’ve ever dealt with. The office staff switched without any notice and the new staff is very passive aggressive. They did not clearly communicate with me when it came time for me to move out, a month prior to moving I asked about the process and expected charges and they told me false information and did not answer the phone or call back when I tried getting help. I went down to the office during office hours and they had the door locked. Maintenance is a 2 man crew who does the bare minimum. My microwave was from 1986… like be for real and then they strung me along all year saying they’d replace it when it broke and they kept canceling my work order. Then said they were going to raise to rent $300… like they’re crazy to think this apartment is worth 1200+. Water damage under the sink in the kitchen was covered by a piece of wood during my tour and I found it after I had moved in. The amenities are non existent, the pool has been empty all year, the gym is dust as hell, the tennis court is run down. There is much more, but over all I will just say 000000/10 would not Recommend. West shore also owns a property in killearn so beware of that."
"Rent went from being $955 to $1200 a month. It's in a nice area with a nice view of the Hillsman Golf course depending on where your unit is, however these apartments aren't worth that. The picture you see online are different from how they look in person. The appliances don't match and the apartment itself is VERY outdated. If you going to pay prices such a this I would suggest moving somewhere where you can get your money's worth."
"Roach infested. After my mom moved out. They charged her a $4,000 cleaning fee. I saw the apartment there was nothing to clean up really. They left a few items. But $4,000. Who did you ask to clean the place. BFFR"
