Villa Reanna 1924 West Pensacola Street, Tallahassee, FL 32304

"I lived in Villa Reanna for 6 months (just because I had to, I wish I could leave before). First of all, there was ALWAYS something broken because of the quality of the products that they choose (it seems they don't care about their customers). I paied for a unit with washing machine and dryer: never worked! The closet is the smallest that you could ever find in the world (a kid of 8 yo couldn't fit his/her stuff), and one of the shelves broke multiple times because of the quality. The area is not safe at all: you will walk at 4 pm around drunk homeless people. There was also a shooting in the parking area in front of the office at 5 pm. But the worst thing is that the office lost ALL of my amazon packages because they always confused building, number of the apt (maybe it's easier just reading the last name??), in fact, I lost days of my life doing back and forth between the apartmen's office and the USPS office. USPS always showed me that they delivered the package (they showed me literally the map where you can see where the car went). Of course, because of that, I also lost time of my life to ask several times the refund for lost packages. The reason of all of this? Because they hire kids that don't care about other's stuff. The ONLY positive side of this terrible business was the guy that takes care of the building: he's gentle, professional and he resolved evertime everything (immediately). I never had an experience worse than this in my life."

"The villa reanna is awesome. Comfortable, and homey. Turk is awesome, on top of everything, and always willing to lend a hand and help out. He’s speedy with apartment repairs, and super trustworthy. Pool is always super clean, and if he hasn’t checked the water, or if he’s just added chemicals he won’t let you swim out of safety. For the price and location- this place seems to be very safe, and enjoyable so far."

"I lived here for two years. The apartment is well maintained and decent. It is a very safe place too. The highlight is Mr. Tuck in charge of maintainance. He is an awesome person. He has a lovely personality and is very diligent with maintenance request. He is experienced and knowledgeable about almost anything! I think the apartment should figure out a way to catch dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs. I live on the first floor and this can be unsightly, maybe install a camera or something. But overall, I loved my stay here and the staff at the office all have warm personalities."

"I really enjoyed living here. The price is good for what you’re getting and it’s comfortable. It’s a small community right behind the stadium so it’s nice not a lot going on and it feels safe. Most of all the maintenance is amazing. Turk is so nice and friendly he always went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and he was very quick to respond. Overall great for the price"

"Good location, clean, quiet, safe. There is almost always small issues within our apartment but that comes with the price I guess. It’s not a problem though because Turk the maintenance guy responds very quickly and takes great care of us. He fixes everything the same day as our requests."
