The apartment I moved into is literally across the street from the FSU campus which is super convenient and exactly what I was looking for. Also the apartment itself is great! It is by far the best place that I have ever moved to in Tallahassee. The management team at Structure has also been extremely helpful whenever I have had issues. Most new buildings (like the one I moved into) have some minor issues that are not noticeable until someone actually starts residing there. I had a problem that I wasn't sure could wait through the weekend which lead me to calling the emergency number and I then spoke with a representative. The representative notified the manager and within a few minutes I was able to verify that a professional will take care of it ASAP. This apartment is an overall fantastic upgrade from the student housing I was living in before and the management at Structure has been wonderful!"
