"This is not a positive review. It’s also concerning that I’ve been a resident here and have had multiple issues with management. Most recently there has been no response to my complaint about vandalism around my apartment including theft of items from my front door. I’ve had to install a Ring camera because of it. My most recent email a few weeks ago was a reminder to management of this event in hopes of at least some acknowledgement. Neighborhood and management continues to decline."

"BEWARE! Do NOT rent here! I waited before writing this review, giving them the opportunity to make things right! Well, they didn’t here is the truth! These people are liars and thieves. The front office Gina and Vonda are frauds. The corporate office is a fraud. My daughter who is in law school transferred her lease. She had minimum wear/tear on her at pet. I have pictures and videos. They charged her $849 for new carpet replacement when by the pictures the carpet could have simply been cleaned. We tried to reasonably talk to them to no avail. I emailed and called corporate just as equally horrible. They even charged her $25 to replace the air filter when it’s a free service stating she didn’t request for it to be changed before moving out. To say the least when this lease is up she will be moving out!! But, in the mean time again DO NOT RENT THERE! Gina and Vonda suck at customer service. Please find something else if you don’t want to get screwed when you move out!!!"

"I enjoyed the serenity of safety of Capital Grand. I lived there for 1 and half yrs. If I needed anything fixed they got right on it. They are continuing to make improvements to the amenities for our leisure activities. Capitol Grand throws parties and celebrations all the time. I would definitely rent there again if my jobs sends me back. Sterling Taylor and the management team do an amazing job, I have had occasional questions that they answered immediately and directed me to sister sites in Atlanta. They have helped me transition to my new work area in comfort and stress less ease. THANK YOU ALL."

"We’ve had a great experience at Capital Grand! My husband and I have lived here for about a year and a half and if it weren’t for moving to another county, we would continue to live here. The apartments are VERY spacious and feel like little homes. If you have a lot of clothes and shoes, this place is for you! Lol. The pool and gym are very nice and we enjoy the walking trail and scenery around the complex. The manager Sterling has been nothing but helpful and kind to us, and maintenance is always there quickly to solve any issues we’ve had (which haven’t been many). We’ve been here while the complex was still being finished (it’s new) and under different management, and could really tell the difference in care once Westdale took over. "IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN PEACE, DON'T SIGN A LEASE HERE. As the other reviewers have said , Sterling Taylor (the property manager) is a horrible human being. She has harassed my partner and I and is constantly following us, watching us, and attacking us without cause. We are the subject of racial discrimination on her part. Additionally, Ms. Taylor called animal services making false allegations that we had abandoned our dogs inside our unit for 3 days! We pay good money to live at a nice property and my experience at Capital Grand has been the worse ever. I was left without A/C in the summer months for over 4 days. Also, the property is not well maintained. There is always an overfill of garbage right at the entrance. What's more, Capital Grand will charge you random fees that are not part of the lease agreement and if you don't pay them, they will serve you with a 3 day notice (strong arm tactics). If you value your peace and money, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. ALSO FOR ANY OTHER RESIDENT READING THIS REVIEW, BE ADVISED THAT MS.
