"I'm A current tenant. Looking at previous reviews the office staff has not change, Lorra Bennett is still a handicap racist, Latisha play kind but is rude through text, all the reviews about the plumbing are correct, my neighbor had a leak all mold build up and they won't fix it so their daughter got sick. They are NOT UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. This is the ghetto. Lawyer up i have just in case they want to play with me. They robbed me on my move in and seeing how they playing with people deposit, I'll be ready. They don't want too fix things just make you make changes to your living arrangements. The grounds are nasty the dumpster always full no environmental concerns or preventatives. No light fixtures in the rooms. This place is for young dumb students not families. Oh and the tenants/MANAGEMENT flat the tires of tenants, i seen three cars get vandalized last month. I'm disgusted with this place."

"This experience was nothing but great! Latisha did a really good job at guiding us through the tour! she was very informative about everything and attentive to what we were looking for! she made us feel very welcomed and was so easy going!"

"I’m a new tenant, but I really love it here. The whole application process was easy, Letisha was my rental agent and she was awesome! Any issues are addressed immediately by the office or maintenance. I’m very happy here."

"Apartments outside are absolutely ugly. Inside, the ones that have been remodeled are really pretty. Staff absolutely sucks. If you need to get ahold of anyone in the office, good luck, they're too busy selling weed to other tenants. Any one of the ladies in the office will gladly sell you a bag of weed but then throw your work order in the trash. Overall I'd avoid this place. Check out indian ridge instead."
