"We rent an apartment here and have had mixed experiences with the management company. When we first moved in, there were LOTS of problems in our apartment. There have been issues with windows leaking during heavy rain, old and worn appliances, inoperative lighting, mold, etc. New management has taken over and has slowly been repairing and replacing items in the apartments. The pool which was once unusable is now open. Many things that we asked be repaired or replaced have been fixed. My main complaint is regarding the mold. That still has not been taken care of. If you rent here, realize that the apartments are old. The management company will gladly fix things that don’t cost much to fix, but if it’s a costly repair for them, you will encounter stalling, band-aid fixes and/or an outright denial. We realize it is a temporary living space and are putting up with the issues for now. Update: 01/11/2024 Management has now started accepting payments via their web portal, which makes paying rent much more convenient, especially for those who travel. Autopay is easy to set up, and helps avoid late fees. This is a BIG improvement over their old way of doing business."

"New management has taken over and are making a lot of improvements as well as being much more responsive than the last owners. There is much more communication which is good. The apartments themselves are old however and do still have a lot of problems. I frequently get mold in the apartment, even with keeping everything dry and running air purifiers, and the building quality is not great. They are doing light renovations though and I’m still in an older apartment so maybe it would be better in the new ones. You get about what you pay for."

"Very professional staff, SUPER QUIET neighborhood. Fast to respond to work orders. Smooth online process for all you need. Mrs.Johnetta the office manager is the BEST…she gets it done!! Maintenance does a great job as well and in a timely manner."

"I’ve been a resident for over a year now. I’ve seen many faces. The only consistency is with the maintenance person and they’re great. I’ve had no issues with maintenance he checks things in a timely manner. I find myself sending emails to management to find out the person I’m emailing no longer works there which can be frustrating. Since I’ve lived here the gym center has been closed and the pool has been closed for a few weeks. I did get good news that new equipment was ordered for the gym, both the gym and pool should be open soon so that’s exciting. Since living here there has been an increase in rent it was very affordable when I first moved here but everything looked old appliances were older and they didn’t paint my countertops before I moved in. I recently moved into a renovated unit which is a little more costly but all of the appliances are new and amazing! Getting pest control can be annoying because they only come on Monday's.. if it’s a holiday or they don’t come you’ll be waiting until the next Monday!! Can be frustrating when you’re dealing with gnats and they ruin your food. Other than pest control and constant change with employees with no communication of it not a bad place to live pretty quiet if you live on the second floor."

"The apartments are decent for the age but they are slowly beginning to remodel. The only amenity is the pool. They are pet friendly but there is no enforcement of people cleaning up after their animals.. The management has changed and is definitely an upgrade from the previous year. They respond in a timely manner and are very nice in the leasing office. Overall it's a alright complex. As they continue to fix things it will definitely be higher rating as the people tend to stay to themselves in the complex and not bother you."
