"DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE A NEW RENTER OR APPLYING WITH A NEW RENTER!!! Our experience applying was pleasant and very reassuring at first but they absolutely under no circumstances accept new renters with no rental experience and we were not told this before applying, even if you are applying with other people who have tons of rental experience!!! I think that is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of application fee money!! Me and 2 other people were applying and one of the applicants was only 22 trying to move out of home and had no rental experience. They denied all of us after he didn't have proof of 3 bills under his name!! Me and the other applicant made much more than 3x the rent and had plenty of history to be looked at!! There was no reason for us to be denied!!! We spent $150 EACH on application fees so $450 in total LOST!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone who has no rental experience."

"great space option but the leasing office structure is set up to where these people have no concern, care, or compassion for the average persons financial issues such as receiving pay checks later due to holidays.They’ll keep adding fees without giving no way to pay your original bill by itself. As if there trying to push you out of your own home. Kicking your own tenants while there down specially on the holidays is ridiculous."

"Recently came in for a tour, the gentlemen in the front was very informative and nice. He showed me units virtually (which was my choice given it had been raining all day) After the tour he followed up with an email and link to apply. The units I viewed were beautiful and affordable, I sent my application and emailed for any missing documents, and received an immediate response with required documents. They are communicative and engaging. Keep up the good work guys ! And thank you for helping me through the process and taking time out to show me what you had to offer."

"On 12/24/2022 shortly after 5:00pm, I contacted the property maintence to report that my apartment floor was flooded with water. I was informed that serval pipes on the property has bursted due to the freezing cold temperatures. The water on my apartment floor was not drained for nearly 4 days and it measured in about 2.5 inches at the highest point. It is now 01/23/2023, nearly an entire month and my apartment is still in the renovation process, which is absolutely ridiculous! As of right now the apartment has 2 feet of drywall removed from all wallks and its been in this same perdicament for nearly 3 weeks.Throughout the entire process I have been given false information as well as unrealistic deadlines and in which the maintence and restoration crew would address my apartment. I have refrained from posting a review multiple times because I understand that there are multiple units that were affected. However, I am completely frustrated and disappointed in the manner in which this is being address. Also, there is a lack of communication from the office and maintence team. I have been at Arium Morgan Falls since August 2022 and this by far has been my worst experience. There no way I should be forced to live in conditions like that! This is unacceptable and unprofesssional! Hopefully once this post has been published, the office as well as the maintence team could finally resolve this issue."
