"Just wanted to give a review on how great the transition has been going with new management. At first I was a little skeptical about continuing my residence here due to cleanliness, and unruly neighbors. Things seem to be going down hill for the property but did a 360 turn in the last few weeks due to new management attention to detail. It is much appreciated and I can finally say that I will definitely be residing for a while."

"Love the location, everything is so close by and walkable. Lovely staff and management, quick maintenance for anything urgent. Great amenities and there are events almost every month to keep us engaged. Cannot stress how great the management is and really value their residents. This is the place to be if you are looking for GREAT resident experience and modern living."

"The leasing agent told me to come by whenever, didn’t get my name so i drove 40 mins to view the apartment. We walk to the door and its locked because there is just one person working at the front desk. The clock showed they’d be back at 4:15 and when no one showed up at 4:30, we left. So unprofessional. Mind you, it is 29 degrees out so we were desperate to get inside and be warm. The lady in the gym saw us and shrugged her shoulders refusing to open the door…how rude. Thankfully, the kind girl at the European wax center opened the door and let us wait inside. I haven’t even seen the apartment and i already know i will NOT be living here. You can’t keep two people on staff? Or schedule timed appointments if you can’t hire enough staff. The price seems expensive for what it is to be honest."

"At The Margo, their Manager, leasing agent, and their engineer maintenance team are absolutely on top of all their tenants needs and are fast to address any concerns. I have lived in a few apartments in the greater Atlanta area and I have never received this type of quality service. I truly appreciate Esenanda and her amazing team for treating my needs as if it were their own. It’s refreshing to be treated with respect and actually experiencing how they value the tenants as people and not a number. It’s nice to be treated like a member of a really large family. I’m am always grateful that they really make sure that the facilities are clean and tidy. Also that they are quick to fix and address the safety of their tenants.
