"I have lived at the Alastair for about a year now and just recently renewed my lease of which this was the first time I have ever renewed for an apartment. From the moment we walked into the leasing office and was welcomed immediately by William it was been nothing but a great experience. The grounds are well kept, maintenance is prompt, the events are fun, and the residents are friendly. I would recommend anyone to live here any day!"

"We have lived here for almost 2 years now, and we still love it. Will Dempsey, the concierge (and I feel like a million other things around here), is amazing and always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and heard when issues arise! The Alastair itself is great too! Location, amenities, parking, staff, and apartments are all great! We don’t wanna move anywhere else!"

"I really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The best part was having all the amenities and restaurants within walking distance, which was a huge plus. When it comes to the apartment complex itself, I would rate it as a three or four out of five, for a luxury apartment. While it was nice, there could be more focus on details, both inside the apartment and regarding the amenities. For example, having wireless internet in the gym would be great since cell phone service in there is usually not reliable. Additionally, the pool could benefit from some heaters as it remains ice-cold even in the middle of summer, making it difficult to utilize. A hot tub option would also be a great addition. The garage gates worked probably 1/4 of the three years I lived there. They stopped providing all day coffee service and took away the cups. I would recommend what other luxury apartments do. Shut off the specialty coffee option after noon (charge for that of you want) but have coffee and cups (even if smaller) available for use all day. The staff was pleasant, and Maria was the nicest among them. However, the communication from the management to the community sometimes felt like you had done something wrong, when addressing an issue that likely occurred from a small percentage of the residents, which could use some improvement. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the apartment complex, but there are definitely areas for improvement. Despite this, I would still recommend this complex to someone looking for an okay place to stay."
